MANICURE MUSE: Nanette Lepore Spring ‘12
One thing I strongly believe in is neon, so you can imagine my excitement attending Nanette Lepore’s runway show in September. Neon lace, neon crop tops… it was neon heaven. [Side note: even the live band donned head-to-toe neon.] Also noteworthy was this super cute mixed striped jacket. To emulate, I used World’s End by Topshop, Shirley Temple by Mattese Elite, and True Blue Instant Artist by Orly.

I’ve been racking my brain on how best to kick off the first post of 2012… A silly drawing? A serious one? Some sappy inspirational blathering?
But really, what better way is there to kick off the new year, than by thanking you and doing another giveaway for you awesome followers! I’m really happy with how the totes came out through Envelop — nice and roomy, durable weight canvas and great resolution. This is a very unflattering photo of me with the houndstooth one! And one lucky person will get to have one too, any design you want.
